Northcore Projects Benzu Project Mukuba Resources Limited is a Canadian exploration and development company with base metal assets in Africa. The Company is focused on 2 copper projects; its 100% owned Northcore Project in Zambia and the Joint Venture 'Cominex' Project with Benzu Resources Limited in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)

The Company signed the Joint Venture Agreement with Benzu in April 2011 to explore and develop the Cominex Project. The Cominex Project, which is approximately 165 km2 in size, is located in the Katanga Copper Belt region in the Democratic Republic of Congo ("DRC"). It is adjacent to the eastern boundary of the Tenke-Fungurume mining concession, which is operated by Freeport and owned by Freeport, Lundin Mining Corporation and Gecamines.

The Northcore Project is located in the highly prospective Central African Copperbelt region and encompasses approximately 2,209 km2 of geologically prospective ground. Licensed for both copper and cobalt; drilling carried out by the Company have confirmed existing historical geological anomalies, identified new anomalies and confirmed the presence of copper mineralization.

Mukuba is led by a dynamic management team that combines technical excellence with several years of operating experience throughout Africa. Mukuba Resources' shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
